Service Request Details Field to be Read Only in SR Details Page
SummaryService Request Details Field to be Read Only in SR Details Page
We would like to make the Service Request Details field to be read only in the SR Details page. At present this field is Editable for all users in the "Summary Tab" in SR Details page and due to this HR Help Desk Agents can modify or remove the details updated by staff while creating the SR.
Any suggestion on how to make this field read only in the SR Details Page -> Summary Tab.
