I want to raise an SR with oracle but could not find Taleo Learn under Service Type

Team,

 The performance of Taleo Learn has come down drastically. Is there a way to increase the performance? On a same lines, we went live with Taleo Learn in 2018. Eversince we have only created learning objects and never did a clean up or archiving. Could you suggest how we can make Taleo Learn better?  I would like to raise an SR with Oracle for the same but not could not find an option to select the Learn in Service Type any idea?
