Is there a way to disable email notifications to CEO and VP's

Team,

The supervisors are cced on the email notifications, is there way we can disable the notifications only to CEO and VP's (Particular/few VP's) rest all managers should receive the notifications when their reportee fail to complete LP with the due date.
