Trying to send contract expiration notification to multiple individuals (contract owners)

For Procurement Contracts - Is there a capability to send the expiration notification for a contract to multiple individuals - someone in the procurement organization and the business user that supports the contract?  Ideally, we were looking to use the Contract Owner check box on the parties tab of the contract to identify these multiple individuals, then send them an expiration notification.
