Proposal Conversion Rate to US Dollar field can be used to other currency

Currently I am not able to find how to do we denominate all currency in the same currency. Only option is to use 

"Proposal Conversion Rate to US Dollar" . Can this US dollar change to for example EUR. Or it is intendended functionality that USD dolar only to be used for this purpose.
