Created a Terms Template where clause 1 is in position 3 within a section and clause is set as Conditional
Created Question with value set containing 2 choice
Created 2 Rules where each has condition that ties to each of the question answer choices.

When Contract Expert receives answer 2, it removes Clause 1 from the terms (expected and correct) and then adds Clause 2 but adds as last clause within Section. Expected Clause 2 would be inserted in same position as replaced Clause 1.

Is there a setup that causes the alternate clause to be inserted in same position as default clause?
