Can a new hire enroll in benefits through Onboarding or can they only view their benefit summary?
I have configured a task using Task Type = Application Task and Application Task = Your Benefits. We ran the Benefit Enrollment Life Event process and the employee is eligible for benefits. When we go to Onboarding to the Enroll in Benefits task the Benefit programs do not display. Then when we enter a specific date in the future the benefits display but without any edit capability to select a benefit program.
Is there a different configuration in Onboarding that I should use so the employee can actually enroll in their benefits during Onboarding?
