Local name in Hire an employee quick action

Summary

Cannot see local name in hire an employee

Content

Hi -

We are currently configuring the hire an employee quick action and could not find the local name check box and it's corresponding fields.  We could not find a way to configure this in the HCM Experience Design Studio.

We were able to make it visible via page composer.

Is this the right way to go and have others made it available?  We want to make sure this is the right way since we though HCM Experience Design Studio should be the way to go and don't want to make fields visible using different methods.
