To improve the performance of Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher notifications, development has made a number of performance enhancements to BIP notifications in release 20B.  

Customers’ production environments where changes were made in the OTBI "/Shared Folders/Custom/Human Capital Management/Workflow Notifications" for HCM BIP Reports / Data models have an Upgrade Impact after 20B. The modified Reports/DataModels in customer environments may not be compatible with the seeded (Oracle delivered) reports and data models and may fail in rendering the notification after upgrade activity.
