Question on Seniority Date V3

Hi,
We recently migrated to V3, although we were not using any configuration for seniority date on V2.
After, configuring one rule we were able to migrate and could see new screen on Seniority date UI.
The question I have is that, currently when I check employee seniority date ui it shows blank with button to recalculate which is working fine. Upon running I could see new screen which I hope its v3. Pls refer attach 1
1. I want to understand that by default all the employee won't be having this screen with dates populating ? I ran Calculate Seniority Date process hoping that it would generate seniority date on new page.
