Hi,

After 20A patch upgrade add phone and email options were disabled. (Using Custom role), can someone please share how to enable these options.

Navigation: My Client Groups -> Search Person -> Person -> Communication Methods -> Edit, can't get the + button or Action button to add the email address/Phone number.

Please refer the screenshot.
