Issue with Global Access Group

Hello All,

I have created the Global Access group with the analysis as a criteria. my understanding is, its a dynamic access group, when ever employee matches the criteria defined in the analysis, those employees are picked in the access group and when the analysis criteria is not matching employees are removed from the group.
I do not see this working like that, i have created a analysis with the criteria to pic the employees under probation, so when any new employee is hired, the access group is working fine and it picks the employees. but when the employee has completed the probation period and the analysis is no more picking this employee, but still the global access group holds this employee and is not removed from the group.
