Capital Asset Planning Cloud Transfer at Entity and Cost Center Level

Want to find out of Transferring Assets can be done at Cost Center not just Entity.

Hello all, within Oracle Planning Cloud Enterprise, I wanted to find out if the out of the box functionality of the transfer of existing assets between one entity and another can be (or suggested) modified to also include Cost Center? I always heard its not recommended to modified the modules but, wanted to get the community's thoughts on this. The client has not made this a requirement but, wanted to know if the option exists. Thank you
