Employees not able to see their reported incidents through incident link

Employees are not able to see their reported incidents through the link provided in their incident reported mail


Employees report the incident and they receive a mail saying thank you for reporting the incident-"incident number" and a link is provided saying: open the incident.

When Employee try to open that link of their reported incident, they are redirected to their oracle login page and after they are logged in, a blank page comes up and the incident details are not visible but only the page becomes blank

Please let me know if some extra configuration needs to be done or whether it is a bug.
