hi All,

We have created a Data Role security based on the AOR (Say for Dept-->X)for the BU HR and it is working as expected and they are able to search the employees (Say for Eg: Emp A)who belong to the Dept X and update the Relevant fields .

BU HR's while updating the contact details for Emp A, they are not able search all the employees but restricted only to the Dept X which is based on AOR.
  -->BU HR's for self can search and add anyone as an contact.
