Transaction Approvers Comments Report

I am preparing a report to fetch Transaction details along with Approver comments which we can see in Transaction console.

Hi Team,

I am facing a problem while fetching Approvers comments from table FA_fusion_soainfra.WFCOMMENTS. In one of the transaction one approver delegate the task to same approver which already approved the same task..

I need to fetch all the approvers comment in a single row but in the delegate scenario its difficult to write  subquery. I am attaching the screenshot with my scnario. Please let me know if it is possible to write a subquery here. (In some of the approvals Action column was blank so cant rely on that).
