Defaulting Grades in transactions

Hello Oracle Community,

We have a business requirement to default grades using the MSS transactions. Our current setup has one job and multiple grades for the U.S. 

Example: 

Job: 10001

Grade 1: 10001US1

Grade 2: 10001US2

If an employee is in a particular location we want it to default to either the first grade or the second grade. Has anyone else set up something similar?
