Bypass course approval for the course which are used in specialization

Hello All,

I have below scenario, can anyone help me with the inputs.

I have the specialization called Microsoft Excel and this had three course Microsoft Excel Basic, Microsoft Excel Intermediate and Microsoft Excel Advanced.  

I have setup the approval for the specialization, once the employee request for specialization, it trigger approval and its approved. 

Now when i access this specialization from current learning, I will find this specialization as Active but for the course under specialization i still need to enroll and another approval will trigger for the course.

I know that course approvals are triggered because, i have setup the course default access to
