We are implementing Fusion Cloud 20A and have uploaded annual budget in the General Ledger (GL) to manage expenditure levels in requisitions using the budget checking function. This budget can be the equivalent of a departmental budget.
And we’ve also established Award Project Cost Budget in PPM which is baselined. But the system is only budget checking against the GL budget not the Sponsored budget in PPM.
- Is there a way to bypass the budget checking against the GL budget and use the Award Project budget when entering a requisition for Sponsored Projects specifically?
