For large customers, processing thousands of users and mass updates to user role provisioning rules often results into performance issues. This can be one time update or during the cutover\go live phase. I was working on a customer escalation last week, learned something new to improve the performance of this job by quickly enabling a profile option.    May be it will come handy one day.. thought of sharing
