Information post on Essbase-19c - KMS Keys & Vaults

Hello Essbase Engineers,

I would like to share some of the key measures in procuring Essbase 19c MP stack . We all know that now KMS Encryption is MUST, we need to make sure the policies as given in below docs must be written individually as mentioned.

Please do not go with manage "all-resources" directly as this will be causing the ACCESS ERROR on usage of KMS keys & vaults while procuring and also make sure the user[username] who is creating the instance/confidential application must be added as a user to the confidential application under use for our procurement.
