Employee self service -> Is the demographic info selections compliant in US?

I noticed yesterday that employees can now enter their demographic information (ethnicity, veteran status, disability status) whereas we used to have to do it manually before. However, this does not seem to be using the government required language around asking for disability information and AAP information as contained in the links below:

Voluntary self-ID of disability: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/regs/compliance/sec503/Self_ID_Forms/VoluntarySelf-ID_CC-305_ENG_JRF_QA_508c.pdf

Affirmative action self-ID: https://www.shrm.org/resourcesandtools/tools-and-samples/hr-forms/pages/cms_019910.aspx

Has anyone else noticed this?
