Hi all,

How to create a Half Day time Shift. When an employee applies for leaves, that day should consider as half-day in the absence duration. 

For example -

•         Half-day Shift day is Saturday
•         Sunday is off Day
•         Monday to Friday is Full working Day

Then, if an employee applies for leave from Friday to next Monday. The absence duration should be 2.5 Days. One for Friday + Half-Day Saturday + One For Month Day. I have created a shift for 4hours working duration, But the system calculated it as a full day.
