Setting up a new offering in Oracle Learning Cloud dev environment not working

Help needed to learn to do initial set ups for Oracle Learning cloud implementation

Hi there,

 I am a junior consultant doing for the first time an Oracle Learning Cloud implementation.

I have done most of set up tasks as per documentation, profile options, scheduled processes, I raised a service request in MyOracleSupport to have the rich media content active, however at the moment when I try to add an offering to a course this option is not active. What am I missing? Cause I can't get my head around it. Also when I add a new course in the catalog, after I save it I can further see it/ find it if I use the search button from the main page of the catalog, however the other search buttons from the
