Cannot locate 'Converted Worker' from Taleo in BPM Worklist

What security privilege grants access to see all activity int he BPM Worklist?  Currently, testing NUX, and cannot find converted workers with their existing security.  However, our Sys Admins will every privilege under the Sun can see the converted worker....Can you advise what role I could grant them?
