Stop an initiative after 5 times (years)

edited Apr 23, 2020 8:36AM in Learning 2 comments

Summary

Is there an option to stop the initiative for the Learner after 5 years in a row?

Content

Hello,

We have a requirement from the business to have the initiative stopping after 5 renewals. So the Learner is taking the course for the 1st time, get a certificate. This certificate, and so the course, must be renewed every year for 5 years. And after, the Learner needs to take another course the 6th year.

So I don't see where I can say that the initiative should stop after 5 renewals for the Learner, knowing that new Learners will arrive each year.

Has someone tried a similar process?
