How to I set up the user of my analysis on a dashboard so that they can see all expenses? By default it seem my user can see only my own expenses and those of the employees for whom I am the manager.

What do you do to setup a user so that they can see all expenses?

In my scenario i have employees A,B,C who have logged on and submitted expense reports. But as my user X in OTBI I cannot see their expenses in the results of my analysis using subject area Expenses - Expense Transactions Real Time"?
