Direct Data Entry for Capital Projects in the Projects Module

Hi

We are setting up the Project & Capex Planning Modules and we cannot seem to enter Direct Expenses for Capital Projects in the "Expense Direct Entry" form in the Projects Module.

Are we missing something obvious or is this by design? How do we do data entry for Capital Projects?
