Add Personal Details and Service Dates to Change Legal Employer Quick Action

In the classic UI when our HR partners do a change of legal employer (Global Transfer or local Transfer) they are able to update personal details (national identifier, gender, home address, phone number, etc) and they can also update legal employer start date and enterprise seniority date.  We noticed in the Change Legal Employer and Global and Local Transfers quick actions that we cannot update this data. 

Is it possible to add these fields to the Change Legal Employer and Global and Local Transfers quick actions?   We have checked in the transaction design studio and did not find a way to do that.  Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.
