Add a Contingent Worker/New Person.

There is a trigger in Classic View [Matching Person Records], but we are not seeing it in Responsive Pages.  Is it a trigger that does/can exist in the Responsive page?  This helps to ensure that a user doesn't add a new record for a rehire.
