How to retrieve/calculate fiscal year for payroll period otbi report

I would like to add fiscal year and calendar year in payroll by period OTBI report

Hi Team,

I have created a prompt name toggle with 2 fields(calendar and fiscal). When i select the toggle fiscal then the payroll period data from 1-July-YYYY to 31-Jun-YYYY data should be displayed and for calendar year it is from JAN to DEC. Could you please with the expression or query to achieve this. May be on the pay we can write a filter like 

 @{Toggle}{Fiscal}
date paid >'01-jul-:year'
and date paid <'31-Jun-:year')).
