Work Order Overhead

How can we apply different Completion Overhead rates within the same plantContent
Hello all,
We're using Actual Costing, and we have two Work Order types that are being used under the same Plant / Inventory Organization: Standard and Transform. We would like to have different Overhead rates to be applied for at the Completion phase of each Work Order, but under the "Manage Accounting Overhead Rules" UI I can only see the option to set an Overhead for the "Work In Process Product Completion" phase across the Plant, without the ability to specific Which Work Order type I am referring to.
