Can someone explain what the business benefit of removing the Person Management tile and having HR Administrators use Quick Actions? These users would not use a mobile to update records.
I attended the 'HCM - Office Hours Responsive UX, Part 35' session last night and it was explained "The biggest benefit is it is a Deep Link to a transaction. So they don't need to know how to navigate."; however, we are talking about HR Professional Users who are in the main Super Users and know about navigation. For example, the majority of our HR Professional Users & Administrators have been using EBS and Fusion HCM for many years and I can't explain this benefit because it would be derogatory.
