Rate self service transactions
SummaryIs there a way to rate self service transactions in Oracle
I was wondering if there is anything on the Oracle roadmap to allow end users to 'rate' a self service transaction after completing a workflow? This could be a 'thumb's up' or 'thumbs down' or a rating out of five etc. I know this functionality is coming in Knowledge base in Helpdesk but keen to hear if there is similar for Core HR transactions.
If not do any customers have any ways of capturing effectiveness of the self service transactions?
