At what levels can standard working hours be set other than Enterprise?

What are all of the workforce structure levels that different standard working hours can be set at?  We currently have our system configured to 40 hours / week as the standard, set at the Enterprise level, but we have varying standard working hours in some countries and for some specific groups.  Can we set standard working hours that differ from the Enterprise for a specific Legal Entity, Business Unit, Location, or Department?  What are all of the available options?
