Payroll - Calculation Cards Real Time Fields

Trying to find two specific fields withing Calculation Cards Subject Area: Issuing Authority and Order Amount Payee.

I am working on building a report for Involuntary Deductions and part of the requirements from the payroll team is to bring in the following two fields: Issuing Authority and Order Amount Payee. I am testing using one individual who has both of these fields populated in her calculation card. However, when I run my report, the fields are showing up blank. 

I have added the following fields from Calculation Component Details: Issuing Authority, Order Amount Payee Details, Order Amount Payee Details, Payee for Order Amount. All are showing up blank.
