Summary

New Account Information email notifications are not getting generated when adding users using EPM Automate - addUsers command

The use of EPM Automate - addUsers commands in not generating the Welcome email ( New Account Information) that normally gets generated when you add a user manually in Shared IDM. 

We tried the command with both resetPassword true and false. We could not get the email generated in both cases.

Have anyone using EPM Automate to automate the provisioning encountered this issue?
