Enable Roles and delegation functionality

Hello Guys,

I need to enable the Roles and Delegation functionality, I activate the icon to the user by adding View Own Account Details privilege, but I m not able to perform the research of the delegable roles, the system show the message: "No suggestion to display"

How could I find the privilege to add to my abstract in order to solve this problem?
