Is it possible to make the manager field required in HCM?  We run into issues where people using manager self service, and sometimes even HR folks in the HR screens, do not assign a manager to an active employee.  Then this breaks approval workflow in manager self service where transactions require manager + 1 approval, and of course means the impacted employees does not have manager in downstream systems like our expense reporting system or timekeeping system.

Every active employee, except the CEO, should have a manager.
