Hello,

I need some help with ideas or documentation to replace the email address send in PO messages currently the requester email is sent in the PO message, when the vendor confirm the PO was received or changes, the message is sent to the requester and it needs to be sent to the buyer since the buyer is the person who can make decisions if they are required.

We use punchout to send POs to this vendor.

By replacing the the requester email by the buyer email in the PO messages the response will be sent to the right person.
