Action Menu(form) attached on form is not working in Dashboard

Summary

Can we use action menu in Dashboard for forms when menu item selected is a form?

I have used an action menu(form) on a form and is a working fine on a form.

But when I see use that form in Dashboard, the action menu is not appearing on the right click on form.

Any reasons why?

Any response will be much appreciated.
