20B - Controlling data security on mobiles for account management

Hello,

Referring to this 20B update: https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/hcmcommon/releases/20B/20B-hcm-common-wn.htm#F12564

 

There is some ambiguity around the scope of this, is this:

1. The ability to change the options from edit to read only on the Roles and Delegation screen on self-service renders to end users when using a mobile?

OR

2. Allows any page in HCM to be configured to be read only when on a mobile?

OR

3. Something else?
