Need to calculate the Progress based on the no of hours utilized by the labor resource only....

Here is the requirement...

Need to calculate the Progress based on the no of hours utilized by the labor resource only....

If we put Effort / Cost, then system will consider on the Raw cost / Effort with Actual Raw cost but not on the Quantity only...

Can anyone have the same kind of requirement?
