How to create a Sample app in new enterprise environment?

Summary

The documentation describes the ability to create a sample application, however the new enterprise interface jumps to the creation of a custom app, when the pod is enabled for Narrative Reporting

Hi All,

Not sure how to create the sample app. Please see attached images. When selecting Narrative Reporting, there is no choice to select sample vs custom apps, it jumps straight into creating a custom application. Your help is appreciated.
