Can you create prerequisites based on a specific course

Content

When creating a Course, are the prerequisites for a Course only Content Types (competencies), or can you have one Course as a prerequisite before attending the next course?  I know this question was asked back in 2018 and the answer was not yet, was wondering if this configuration is possible with 20A?
