Enable Access rights on Data Maps?

Are we able to define access rights on some Data Maps for users?

Hyperion PBCS : Data Maps

Dear All,

I would like to know if there is a way to define Access rights on Data Exchange --> Data Maps. We would like some users to be able to run their PUSH to ASO themselves without being admin. This will be very useful for a lot of users.

I tried with Power user and planner but does not work.
