How to ensure HCM eSignature Task is completed before setting task to Complete

Content

I like the eSignature capabilty in HCM, but found when we use an allocated task to assign an esignature task to someone, they can click the Complete button in the task notification without first having signed the document, and HCM will mark the task as complete.   How can I still have the notifications (email and notifcation in HCM) but yet not let the person click Complete until they sign the document?

At the moment it seems all we can do is to not use notifications, but then that means we have to manually email task recipients and tell them to click the Checklist icon in HCM, then click Current tasks to find the signature task waiting for them.  We have the Complete button set in the signature screen so that the signature must be present before the task can be market as complete.  So that method works, but the lack of notifications from HCM creates the manual email work.
