Do we have a HDL to set the status of a Checklist to 'Completed'?

Hi All

Need a help. We need to know if there is a HDL to set the status of a checklist to 'Completed'  in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud .

Or is there any other way to achieve this? Basically, we need to set the status to a Checklist in Fusion to 'Completed' based on some conditions in our On-premise EBS HRMS system via a interface. We are exploring possibility to achieve this.
