Summary

A manager's default layout of Submitted timecards is not consistent for direct vs. indirect reports

Content

When a manager views timecards in a Submitted status for employees who report directly to them, the timecard view is defaulting to “Calculated details by earned date” even though the layout being used is set up to default to “Reported details by entry date” for managers.   When a manager views timecards in a Submitted status for employees who are their indirect reports, the timecard view is correctly defaulting to “Reported details by entry date” (Example with screen prints is attached).
