Hi, 

There are a few issues related to the automated Email system in ARCS.

1. Even if we have closed the month and some reconciliations are open they still get notified with that months late or incomplete reconciliations. Specifically, related to the older closed periods, which are there as historical data. Is there a possibility to change the behaviour.

2. The email notification time can that be limited by Admin to some specific time i.e. say 10 AM in the local timezone. Or do they have to be set individually by users only.
